Teacher

Graduate with minimum 3 years of academic teaching experience, preferably from pre-school education related domain. CTC could be around 2-3 lacs, depending upon background and experience. Must have qualification in the Early Year Program. Fresh graduates can be considered for Assistant Teacher positions.

  • Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater for different learning styles.
  • Show written evidence of planning and preparation. Establish and maintain records of curriculum and year plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment plans etc.
  • Teach students assigned according to their individual needs using appropriate teaching Strategies that meet student needs and abilities eg. Late-entering students, ESL, low academic ability, gifted and talented etc.
  • Set and mark work. Assess, record and report on the academic development, progress and attainment of students and use assessment to ensure the curriculum meets the individual student’s needs.
  • Display competence in using media and technology in the classroom.
  • Work alongside colleagues on the preparation and development of teaching materials, resources, courses of study and pastoral arrangements.
  • Participate in, and lead where appropriate, the co-curricular and extra-curricular programmes in the school. Promote good working relationships through active leadership and sharing of ideas, materials and experiences.

Regional Manager ( Kochi )

Graduate with minimum 5 years of business development and operation experience, preferably from education related domain. CTC could be around 6-8 lacs, depending upon background and experience

  • Conduct business development activities in the region, identify locations and make operational of OMC as per plan
  • Identify manpower, get them on board, orient and make them operational
  • Identify franchisees as per plan in the region
  • Responsible for the business numbers in terms of numbers of centres and also students at the centres
  • Responsible for the revenues attached to these numbers
  • Ownership with respect to OMC and FC operation and management, administratively and qualitatively in the region

Regional Academic Co-ordinator

Graduate with minimum 3 years of academic support experience, preferably from pre-school education related domain. CTC could be around 3-4 lacs, depending upon background and experience. Must have qualification in the Early Year Program

  • Will be responsible for Training to OMC and FC teachers in the region
  • Will help in centre set up activities
  • Induction Training Certification and in-house training as per schedule
  • Should have indepth knowledge about care and after school program
  • Should be proficient in atleast 2-3 areas of after school activities – art/ craft/ music/ dance/drama/ story telling
  • Will help Little GEMS in the region with various inhouse activities, including Annual Graduation Ceremony/ Cultural Show
  • Will make these centres visible on their respective website by constantly conducting various inhouse activities, field trips, annual day and uploading visuals

Centre Director

Graduate with minimum 5 years of academic and administrative support experience, preferably from pre-school education related domain. CTC could be around 5-6 lacs, depending upon background and experience. Must have qualification in the Early Year Program

  • Develop annual operational plans and budgets for the Preschool to realize the long term strategy, ensure that the school is optimally staffed to deliver the business objectives of revenue and profit.
  • Provide professional leadership in terms of curriculum delivery and teacher development in order to deliver consistently high standards of education.
  • Be In charge of admission in the school, preparation of school timetable, allocation of duties, and shall provide necessary facilities to the teachers in the discharge of their duties.
  • Ensure the GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
  • Promote the physical wellbeing of the pupil, ensure high standard of cleanliness and health habits.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships between a) Students and teachers b) Parents and teachers and c) the school and the community in order to widen the education horizons of students, build good community relations and favorably project the image of the school.
  • Provide parents with timely feedback about the academic and general progress of their children, in order to create a partnership, ensure the student’s growth and progress in the school.
  • Organize Parent-teacher meetings for this purpose

Front office Counsellor cum Marketing Executive

Smart graduate with minimum 3 years of front office or business development support experience, preferably from pre-school education related domain. CTC could be around 2-3 lacs, depending upon background and experience.

  • Help the Centre Manager in the admission process in the school.
  • Ensure targeted admissions are achieved at the centre
  • Documentation is completed for all students and data is uploaded online.
  • Fees are collected as per schedule and follow up mechanism is in place to avoid future leakage.
  • Competition data is collated and shared with marketing and business team
